I like this store. They do take care of their birds and the cages are always clean. But, if you are going to do a consignment with them you better understand that you are not going to get willingly paid. I only got paid after telling them I was taking them to court. The owner/manager always has an excuse about how busy she is. As a business owner that is a terrible thing to say to someone. Like your time is more important. Just be forewarned.

No one answered the phone when I called. They open at 9:00 am. I have been waiting for my cockatiel for over 3 weeks now. I understand if itβs not ready to eat on its own. I didnβt like another bird in the cage with my bird. I go to visit my bird and it flew off and hit the window in the nursery. I understand workers are busy but I would like more communication. My bird is paid for! It would be nice if they called me to say itβs ready to come home. Everything is good now;as I picked up my bird Today. They were kind and helpful. They trimmed the wings and helped with the food I needed. I was able to get news papers for the bottom of my cage too. I want to say thank you and I appreciate you all.

I don't agree with all of their husbandry (everyone does things differently, it's okay), but it's so fun to see their sweet store birds, and a great place to stock up on bird toys. I would love to see more conure and amazon sized toys that aren't made with wire :)

This is the best place to get not only bird food because they make it all natural and healthy for EVERY bird at a great price but they also hand tame their babies and let you make payments on the birds you want. They will do DNA at a very good price and even ALL their birds are priced well. I rate this a 5 out of 5 but would say its a 10 out of 10 highly recommend for bird lovers. They take such good care of their birds Angela and John are so knowledgeable too and will literally help you hand tame your own bird if you bring them to the store. Best staff and very friendly always because EVERYONE there love the birdies. They will even clip your birds wings for you monthly at a great price. This place is a gem and I won't go anywhere else again for my baby birdies and supplies!!
